Howard The Tom Bean Economic Development Corporation and Tom Bean Community Development Corporation Board of Directors were elected by the City Counci at the July City Council meeting. These boards will administer the sales and use tax funds. The corporation must file articles of incorporation with the Secretary of State. Type A Board of Directors will consist of a five-member board with the Type B Board of Directors will consist of a seven-member board.
